Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days after the order is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume. We take care to properly prepare and package each order before shipment. In rare cases, an order may take longer to ship if a specific item is temporarily on backorder. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

We ship via USPS and other major carriers.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volume periods.

 


Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse a shipment from Luxor Alchemy (A DBA of  Abure La Ocha Botanica, LLC), you are responsible for:

  • The original shipping charges

  • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred

  • The cost of returning the package

These amounts will be deducted from any applicable refund.


Shipment Damages or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, please contact us at cmdo08@icloud.com within 5 days of delivery.

To assist you, please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund. Luxor Alchemy reserves the right to file a carrier claim when applicable.
